Project Manager

Position Summary
PROJECT MANAGER A project manager is responsible for managing the delivery of large, multi-phase projects. A PM has exceptional project management, client partnering and leadership skills and has a proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams delivering projects on time, on budget and to the client's satisfaction. Success in this role is measured by the PM's performance against a defined set of metrics including project revenue, overage, gross margin, client satisfaction and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and deliver large projects on budget, on time, and on schedule • Manage all aspects of project: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality and communication. • Prepare project documentation: project plans, project charters, status reports, risk assessment plans, change requests, resource requests. • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle providing coaching, motivation and inspiration. • Participate in internal PMO programs including post-project reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices. • Work closely with the Director of Project Management Office to communicate with clients and teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood. • Responsible for project revenue management and reporting. • Manage all project-related requests with the client. • Effectively interact with all levels of client management. • Participate in client pitches and proposals by preparing project budgets and related materials. • Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth within accounts. • Act as a company advocate and embody the company professionalism
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE • A minimum of three years project management experience managing multi-phased complex technology projects • A track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships • Highly developed relationship management skills at senior levels • In-depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes • Understanding of internet technologies • Highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, client services environment • An undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and the successful completion of project management courses • Willingness to Travel ATTRIBUTES • Calm and patient under pressure • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, client services environment • Assertive and proactive • Presents him/herself in a professional way • Strong organizational and excellent multi-tasking skills • Anticipates and manages risk
